Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Trainer / NEBOSH Faculty to deliver high-quality training in Occupational Health & Safety, including NEBOSH (IGC, IDip, etc.), IOSH, OSHA, and other industry-relevant safety courses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HSE practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for educating professionals and workers across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver NEBOSH-accredited training programs (e.g., IGC, IDip, HSW) and other HSE-related courses like IOSH, OSHA, Fire Safety, First Aid, etc.
  • Develop, review, and update training materials, presentations, and course content to align with regulatory requirements and learning outcomes.
  • Conduct classroom-based, online, and on-site training sessions.
  • Assess learners' performance through exams, assignments, and practical evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets, and assessment results.
  • Provide mentoring, support, and feedback to learners to ensure successful course completion.
  • Liaise with NEBOSH and other awarding bodies to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards.
  • Stay updated on changes in HSE legislation, practices, and training methodologies.
  • Support the organization in implementing a safety culture through internal training and consultancy when required.
  • Participate in internal audits, external inspections, and accreditation processes.

Qualifications:

  • NEBOSH International Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • NEBOSH IGC (International General Certificate) – Mandatory.
  • NEBOSH-certified Trainer / Approved Tutor status (preferred).
  • Relevant HSE qualifications/certifications (e.g., IOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor).
  • Train-the-Trainer certification or equivalent (desirable).

Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HSE training or industrial HSE roles.
  • Proven experience delivering NEBOSH or similar international HSE certifications.
  • Experience in developing training materials and using LMS or virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams) is a plus.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate adult learners.
  • Deep knowledge of occupational health and safety laws and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Familiarity with training needs assessment and curriculum development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
