OverviewDevelop a sustainable franchise business for UP market This Franchise Manager will be directly interacting with the respective COO MUGM and the respective HOSs for Delhi UP and their teams to drive the execution of the aligned strategy The person will be working very closely with the Bottlers team to ensure we deliver volume from these territories by influencing them on their GTM S D agendas The incumbent will also work with the Franchise lead - VBL N C E Dir-Consumer Marketing Franchise Trade Marketing and his team to ensure all the new innovations are launched as per plan Responsibilities Set the agenda for bottling unit as well as PepsiCo Drive Franchise Governance based on 9FF Act as a Beverage Strategist Deliver Annual Operating Plan share volume Net revenue objectives Build capability for future growth of the Bottler Maintain bottler relationship to drive business alignment across Pepsico and the bottler leadership teams Strengthen the GTM and S D footprint in the assigned geographies Collaborate with bottler to implement sales automation agenda and drive channel growth programs Ensure Effective utilization of the FMA budgets to create maximum business impact Lead the innovation agenda to build the pillar of future growth to win share in the market Leverage the resources to support the unit on various key initiatives QualificationsExperience and Qualification Sales and Marketing experience with FMCG companies with a minimum experience of 12-15 years MBA from Premier institute would be preferred Attitudinal Behavioral Strategic thinking Collaboration and influencing Business Ownership Strong analytical and conceptual skills Influencing skills and Tenacity Negotiation skills Process orientation Differentiating Competencies Required Set The Franchise Agenda- Be the beverage strategist for the market Lead Consistent Governance - Own the business relationship between PepsiCo the Bottler Collaborate To Unlock System Leverage- Get the most out of both the PEP and bottler businesses
