**Import Procurement Operations Manager Role**
In our pursuit of excellence, we seek a diligent and analytical professional to oversee end-to-end import procurement operations.
Responsibilities:- Timely Float Enquiries for Import Items: Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely float enquiries for import items as per the production plan.
- Offer Collection, CS Preparation, PO Creation: Prepare offers, contract service work orders, and purchase orders in SAP, ensuring seamless transactions.
- Vendor Payment Release and Follow-up: Process vendor payments as per purchase order terms and follow up with suppliers for delivery confirmation.
- MIS Preparation and Daily Updates: Prepare management information system reports, including stock reports, transit stock updates, pending orders, and daily operation summaries.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field with 4-6 years of experience or graduates with 8-10 years of experience.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and SAP MM modules.
- Knowledge of import procurement (PR to PO and pay process - SAP MM module).
- Customs clearance and international freight forwarding expertise.
- Inventory control skills.
- SAP modules: MIGO, MIRO, movement type, transfer order.
