Job Title: Data Insights Strategist

This is a key leadership role that oversees the development of data-driven insights, empowering business stakeholders with actionable intelligence.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in power BI dashboard design and technical execution, as well as team leadership skills to manage and mentor analysts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as primary liaison between assigned business functions and data & analytics team.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable data requirements.
  • Prioritize and manage incoming requests from business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of analytics deliverables.
  • Lead end-to-end development of power BI dashboards, including requirement gathering, deployment, and training.
  • Design and develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards and reports in Power BI.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
  • Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency of analytics outputs.
  • Drive continuous improvement in Power BI dashboard design, usability, and performance.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of data analysts; assign work, review outputs, and provide technical guidance.
  • Manage team workload and capacity to ensure timely delivery of reporting requirements.
  • Promote best practices in data visualization, storytelling, and data governance.
  • Collaborate with other analytics leads and the head of data & analytics for cross-functional initiatives.
