Biased to action, keeping focus of self and others on goal attainment. - Maintains effectiveness despite continuous ambiguities in business environment. - Committed to continuous improvement and creates a learning environment for team. - Demonstrates learning agility to comprehend business complexity across segments & GTMs. - Sales Management - In-depth understanding of top accounts, identify growth opportunities, develop / execute sales strategies and plans to achieve sales target. - Defending the core and driving conversions thereby adding incremental business. - Responsible for maintaining /gaining market share in the territories handled as per plans - Has broad understanding of internal organization resources, priorities, needs relating to business - Has detailed knowledge of sales process and ability to coach & drive solution selling approach. - Ensuring submission of relevant Region reports per cadence & agreed timelines. - Customer relationship - Develops and maintains strong relationships with key customers - Develops Key opinion leaders in the region - Acts as bridge between internal stakeholders ( Marketing and Med Affairs ) and customers to deliver programs to address unmet customer needs. - People Management - Ability to connect across layers and zoom out as manager of managers - Designs and supports a learning environment in which development of employees is actively encouraged - Continuously seeks to coach employees towards capability development and enhancement. - Plans and suggests effective developmental activities related to current and future jobs.
