We are seeking a skilled Electrical BIM Lead Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and BIM, with experience in leading projects and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can ensure the accuracy and quality of electrical designs within the BIM framework.

Responsibilities

- Lead the electrical BIM team in creating and managing detailed BIM models for electrical systems.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical designs.
- Review and verify the quality of BIM models to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Develop and maintain project documentation related to electrical BIM processes and workflows.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and team members.
- Conduct clash detection and resolution for electrical systems within the BIM environment.
- Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding electrical design and BIM-related queries.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 3-8 years of experience in electrical engineering with a focus on BIM.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems design, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
- Experience with electrical codes and standards relevant to the industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
