Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Structural BIM Modeler at ODE Consultants Pvt Ltd. The Structural BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing and maintaining Building Information Models, creating and modifying construction drawings, and collaborating with various teams to support the design and construction documentation process. The role involves ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to project standards, as well as contributing to the advancement of BIM practices within the company.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and related software
- Experience in architecture and construction drawings
- Knowledge of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems
- Ability to collaborate effectively with design and construction teams
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the construction or consultancy industry is a plus
