Know us a bit better through these links: - Techcrunch SolarSquare article - Elevation - Podcast with SolarSquare Founders - Startup by IIT Grads Helps Indian Homes Run on Zero Electricity, Earns Rs 200 Crore in Revenues - The Climate Conversations ft Solar Square - Elevation Capital - SolarSquare Job description / Responsibilities– - Manage the overall running of the sales team. - Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand a company’s customer base and solidify its presence. - Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the team and by assessing the team’s strengths and weaknesses. - Build business by organizing sales visits for existing leads, identifying and selling prospects; and maintaining relationships with clients. - Identify business opportunities by identifying new channels and channel partners. - Sell by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending and upselling solutions. - Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; recommending profit and service improvements. - Managing the sales process through specific software programs. Requirement – - MBA & B. Tech / M.Tech Degree required - 3-7 years Prior Experience in team handling & Field B2C Sales - Has sound business judgment, and sales skills. - Solid interpersonal, communication, and customer service capabilities. - Potent leadership qualities. - Budget - 7-8.5 LPA CTC - Open Locations: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai - Working Days: 6 days a week (Tuesday to Sunday); Monday is a fixed weekly off.
