Job Title: Education Counsellor

Location: Work From Home (WFH)

Preferred Industry Background: Ed-Tech / Inside Sales

Language Requirement: Kannada, English, Hindi

Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and empathetic Education Counsellors to join our Online Counselling team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Kannada, English, and Hindi, with a strong passion for helping students make informed educational decisions. Candidates with a background in inside sales, particularly from the ed-tech sector, are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand students&apos educational backgrounds, aspirations, and requirements to recommend appropriate courses or programs.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about various courses, admission processes, fee structures, and career outcomes.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with student details, feedback, and counselling outcomes.
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead conversions and enrolments.
- Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for students.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- 13 years of experience in inside sales or educational counselling, preferably in an ed-tech company.
- Proficiency in Kannada, English, and Hindi is a must.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
- Ability to handle objections and convert enquiries into enrolments.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive attitude.
