Job Summary:
As a Marketing Executive – EdTech Sales, you will be responsible for driving student engagement and lead generation by coordinating and conducting webinars across colleges in Hyderabad. You will engage with college placement cells, pitch collaboration opportunities, and manage end-to-end execution of promotional webinars or seminars.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outreach & Relationship Building:
- Initiate and maintain communication with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) of colleges across regions.
- Build long-term partnerships with educational institutions for recurring engagement.
- Webinar Planning & Execution:
- Schedule and organize webinars/seminars in coordination with colleges.
- Coordinate with internal trainers/speakers to conduct high-impact sessions.
- Ensure smooth execution, from promotion to follow-up, including handling logistics and tech setup.
- Lead Generation & Sales Support:
- Promote company's products and services during sessions.
- Capture and qualify leads generated through webinars and share with the sales team.
- Follow up with students (when required) to assist in conversion.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Maintain records of outreach efforts, scheduled events, and performance metrics.
- Analyze effectiveness of webinars in terms of attendance, engagement, and conversion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1–2years of experience in marketing, sales, or college outreach (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic CRM tools.
- Passion for education, student engagement, and public speaking.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience working with college placement cells or education partnerships.
- Experience in webinar platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, etc.).
- Fluency in regional languages is a plus.
