Job Overview We are seeking a Senior Manager for Logistics Domestic and Exports Air at our Bengaluru location. This full-time position demands a highly skilled professional with a maximum of 10 years of experience in logistics. The role requires comprehensive expertise in managing domestic and export logistics operations, emphasizing air freight. The candidate should possess proficiency in documentation and report preparation to ensure seamless operational efficiency. Qualifications And Skills - Proven experience in logistics management with an emphasis on air freight for domestic and export activities. - Exceptional skills in handling and coordinating air freight logistics to ensure timely delivery of products. - Proficiency in managing documentation processes critical for customs and compliance requirements. - Highly capable of preparing and presenting reports to support decision-making and strategic planning. - Analytical skills to assess and enhance logistics operations for improved efficiency and cost-effectiveness. - Adept in managing complex logistics scenarios across diverse consumption baskets offered by Reliance Retail. - Ability to foster relationships with stakeholders to ensure a seamless supply chain and logistics flow. - Strong organizational and communication skills to efficiently manage logistics operations on a large scale. Roles And Responsibilities - Lead and oversee logistics operations for domestic and export air freight, ensuring efficient and timely delivery. - Manage the complete documentation process for air freight logistics, ensuring compliance with regulations. - Develop and maintain relationships with air freight carriers and service providers to optimize logistics operations. - Coordinate with internal teams to align logistics operations with company objectives and customer demands. - Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations for improvements. - Implement and improve logistics strategies to support the retail operations of Consumer Electronics, Fashion & Lifestyle, and more. - Ensure cost-effective logistics practices while maintaining the quality and reliability of services provided. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance logistics operations.
