Job Title: Inside Sales Intern (India & US)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Intern to join our sales team. In this role, you will learn the fundamentals of B2B sales, assist in lead generation, and support the sales process from prospecting to closing. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, develop communication skills, and build a strong foundation for a career in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Research and identify potential clients through online sources, databases, and social media platforms.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to create a robust sales pipeline.
Outbound Communication:
- Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to introduce the companys product.
- Schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team.
Inbound Activities:
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and activities.
- Update sales reports and provide insights on pipeline progress.
Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts.
Market Research:
- Analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform outreach strategies.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn about sales processes.
- Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
