Job Description Company Description At Raheja Solar Food Processing (RSFP), we tackle the challenge of post-harvest food loss in agriculture. By designing and manufacturing solar dryers, we enable farmers to preserve surplus produce without preservatives. Our mission extends beyond technology, as we train farmers in effective drying techniques and provide buyback support to ensure a steady market for their dried goods. Our efforts have empowered over 60,000 farmers and deployed more than 8,000 solar dehydrators. Featured on Shark Tank India, RSFP aims to create sustainable food solutions that increase farmers incomes and reduce food wastage. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Sales and Marketing Junior located in Indore. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including market research, identifying potential export markets, developing and maintaining client relationships, and preparing sales proposals. The role also entails coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products, analyzing sales data to optimize strategies, and assisting in trade shows and marketing events. Qualifications - Market research, sales proposals, and client relationship management skills - Knowledge of export documentation and international trade regulations - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred - Experience in the food processing or agricultural industry is a plus
