Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Sales Manager (Export Business) to expand our international market presence and drive export sales. The candidate will be responsible for business development, client management, market research, and achieving export targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new international markets and develop business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and agents.
  • Handle negotiations, contracts, and finalize export deals.
  • Manage export documentation (LC, Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, etc.).
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for smooth execution.
  • Conduct international market research and competitor analysis.
  • Represent the company in trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B meetings.
  • Ensure timely payment collection and compliance with export regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • MBA / PG in Marketing, International Business, or related field.
  • 2 to 7 years of experience in export sales & marketing.
  • Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of export-import documentation and international trade practices.
  • Proficiency in English (knowledge of foreign languages will be an advantage).

Salary: 50,000 and Incentive (based on experience & performance)
