Mantra Infra is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven experience in managing sales teams, and an in-depth understanding of real estate sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners.
- Oversee canopy activities, marketing campaigns, and lead generation efforts.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular training and guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
