Job Title: Payroll Executive Location: Mumbai (Dahisar) Experience: 2–5 years of experience in payroll processing. Department: Human Resources / Accounts Reports To: HR Manager / Finance Manager Job Summary: The Payroll Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement, statutory compliance, and maintaining employee records related to compensation and benefits. Key Responsibilities: - Process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on time. - Maintain and update employee attendance, leave, and salary records. - Handle full and final settlements for exited employees. - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS etc. - Coordinate with HR and Accounts departments for inputs like new joiners, resignations, and salary changes. - Prepare and share payroll reports and MIS as required. - Manage reimbursements, incentives, and deductions. - Address employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies. - Support in internal and external payroll audits. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, HR, or related field. - Experience: 2–5 years of experience in payroll processing. - Technical Skills: - Hands-on experience with payroll software (e.g., Tally, GreytHR, Keka, SAP HR, etc.) - Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table). - Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance. - Soft Skills: - Attention to detail - Strong numerical and analytical ability - Good communication and confidentiality Employment Type: Full-time Salary: As per industry standards Experience:-2-6yrs Thanks & Regards, Soni Pandey Senior Human Resources Manager Direct : 91-022 40297342 I Cell : 91-9867906351 I
