Our mission is to empower students with the tools and knowledge needed to achieve their academic and career goals in the field of law. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Customer Support Specialist. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and providing technical support when needed. In this role, the specialist will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with customers and collaborating with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications - Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to address inquiries and resolve issues proactively. - Strong Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain positive customer relationships. - Technical Support expertise to assist customers with resolving technical challenges effectively. - Analytical Skills to evaluate customer concerns and identify appropriate solutions. - Strong communication abilities and a customer-centric mindset. - Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is preferred.
