Responsibilities: - Handle day-to-day accounting activities. - Maintain sales, purchase, expense, and payment records. - Prepare invoices, debit/credit notes, and reconciliation statements. - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. - Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting. - Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams. - Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field. - Basic knowledge of Tally / ERP / MS Excel. - Strong numerical and analytical skills. - Good communication and documentation skills. - Ability to handle deadlines and multitask. Preferred Skills: - Experience in retail / trading industry (added advantage). - Knowledge of GST, TDS, and returns filing.
