Job Description We are seeking a highly efficient and experienced Google Ads Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in managing and optimising campaigns. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be able to confidently handle foreign clients, understand the technicalities of Google Ads, and make smart decisions that improve campaign performance. This role requires a professional who can execute, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise ads daily - with a strong understanding of each business we run ads for. Key ResponsibilitiesGoogle Ads (Core Focus) - Plan, set up, and optimise campaigns across Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max. - Must understand the full technicalities of Google Ads: - Quality score - Conversion tracking - Audience targeting - Landing page connection - Monitor campaigns daily and make required optimisation changes. - Adjust budgets, keywords, ad copies, targeting, extensions, placements, and negatives. - Provide clear explanations and answer client questions confidently. - Perform A/B testing for ad copies, landing pages, and creatives. - Generate ideas for improving CTR, conversions, and ROI. - Work closely with the team to implement ad-related creative ideas or landing page improvements. Client Understanding & Communication - Must have handled international clients before. - Should understand each client's business clearly: - What they DO offer - What they DON'T offer - Their audience and ideal customer - Communicate campaign updates, insights, and changes in a clear and professional manner. - Handle client requests and translate them into actionable optimisations. Required Skills & Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of experience exclusively in Google Ads. - Strong communication skills - both written and spoken (mandatory). - Ability to manage multiple accounts and high-budget campaigns. - Strong hands-on experience with: - Google Ads Manager - Google Analytics / GA4 - Google Tag Manager (basic knowledge of tags & conversions) - Problem-solving and analytical thinking. - Ability to work efficiently and deliver accurate results quickly.
