Job Description Position: HR Executive Location: Kanpur Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are seeking an HR Executive to manage core HR operations including recruitment, attendance & leave tracking and HRMS (HROne) implementation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy and capable of supporting a growing workforce with efficient HR processes. Key Responsibilities - Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end hiring process (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviews and offers). Coordinate onboarding and induction of new employees. - Attendance & Leave Management Track employee attendance and leaves regularly. Ensure compliance with company leave policies and maintain accurate records. - HROne Implementation & HR Operations Oversee deployment and smooth functioning of HROne system. Manage HR data and generate required reports from HRMS. - Employee Engagement & Support Address routine employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and leave. Contribute to fostering a positive and transparent work culture. Desired Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. - 13 years of HR operations experience (preferred in EdTech/IT/Services). - Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms (HROne preferred) desirable.. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
