The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, performance management, and compliance. This role requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to ensure smooth HR functions and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date. - Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, leaves, etc.). - Assist in performance management and appraisal processes. - Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. - Organize training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. - Assist in drafting HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, etc.). - Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). - Proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Assistant, or similar role. - Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, payroll, training, compliance, etc.). - Familiarity with HR software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Requirements Experience Required: - 1–3 years of HR experience (Freshers with internships may also be considered). Employment Type: - Full-time
