Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Jabalpur. The Social Media Manager will develop and execute effective social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth across platforms. Responsibilities include content planning, creating and curating posts, analyzing performance metrics, overseeing campaigns, collaborating with internal teams, and staying up-to-date with social media trends. Qualifications - Proficiency in Social Media Management, Content Planning, and Campaign Execution - Strong skills in Analytics, Metrics Analysis, and Data-Driven Decision Making - Experience in Digital Marketing, including Social Media Advertising and Paid Campaign Optimization - Creativity and proficiency in Content Creation, Copywriting, Visual Design, and Branding - Knowledge of Social Media Trends, Tools, and Best Practices - Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred) - Experience in the marketing or advertising sector is a plus
