Job Description Experience: 3.00 + years Salary: INR 1800000-2200000 / year (based on experience) Expected Notice Period: 30 Days Shift: (GMT+05:30) Asia/Kolkata (IST) Opportunity Type: Hybrid (Bengaluru) Placement Type: Full Time Permanent position(Payroll and Compliance to be managed by: Lyzr) (*Note: This is a requirement for one of Uplers client - Lyzr) What do you need for this opportunity Must have skills required: Outbound campaigns, Account Based Marketing, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator Lyzr is Looking for: You'll be the air traffic controller for high-intent enterprise accountsidentifying ICPs, running outbound campaigns, crafting personalized messaging, and activating full-funnel ABM motions across email, LinkedIn, and partner channels. You'll partner closely with founders, sales, product, and marketing to run industry-specific plays targeting Fortune 1000s, GSIs, and Series B+ SaaS teamsparticularly in the US. Key Responsibilities - Account Targeting & ICP Building: Identify high-value accounts across industries like BFSI, Pharma, SaaS, and AI-first companies. Define ICPs by function (e.g., Heads of HR, VPs of Sales, AWS Partner Leads) and geography. Collaborate with sales to prioritize outreach waves and align with GTM plays. - Campaign Execution (Email + LinkedIn): Run personalized outbound campaigns using Instantly, HubSpot, AISDR, and NeverBounce. Develop 35 step sequences across channels (cold email + LinkedIn DM/commenting + content drip). Warm up outreach lists, verify emails, enrich contacts (CSV/JSON handling), and sync with CRM. - Content & Messaging Strategy: Write cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and nurture flows that get responses, not just impressions. Customize messaging by vertical, persona, and stage (problem-aware, solution-aware, product-aware). Leverage ChatGPT or internal GenAI tools for fast-turn messaging personalization. - Funnel Management & Handoff: Drive contacts from outreach conversation booked demo SQL handoff to AE. Track engagement across email and LinkedIn, update lead scores in HubSpot, and report on MQLs. Manage ABM dashboards, campaign attribution, and performance tracking. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Join weekly sales and product syncs to stay aligned on updates and campaign priorities. Coordinate with creative and content teams to deploy relevant assets (blueprints, battle cards, videos). Feed insights back into messaging playbooks and ICP scoring criteria. - Experiment & Iterate: Run A/B tests across subject lines, CTA types, messaging formats. Monitor deliverability, open rates, CTR, and response data weekly. Qualifications & Skills - 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 12 years in ABM or outbound marketing. - Proven success targeting US-based Series A/B SaaS companies or enterprise verticals. - Strong hands-on experience with tools like Instantly, HubSpot, AISDR, NeverBounce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. - Strong grasp of ICP development, firmographic targeting, and segmentation logic. - Skilled at writing cold emails and social DMs that drive replies and bookings (samples - required). - Data-savvy: you're comfortable working with CSVs, JSON, enrichment tools, and CRM - logic. - Experience setting up lead scoring, nurture tracks, and multi-step ABM sequences. - Highly collaborative, comfortable syncing with sales, product, and GTM teams across - time zones. Bonus if You - Have run partner or ecosystem-focused ABM (e.g., targeting - AWS/GCP/Azure/GSI alliance teams). - Built ABM playbooks or frameworks in a prior role. - Have experience running LinkedIn Ads or retargeting for mid-funnel touches. - Can create short-form content (emails, PDFs, blueprints, one-pagers) independently.
