The Recruitment Consultant will handle day-to-day recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating end-to-end recruitment processes. Additional responsibilities include providing consulting services to align hiring strategies, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and maintaining robust talent pipelines. The role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to meet organizational hiring goals and ensure recruitment excellence. Qualifications: - Experience in Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting processes. - Consulting capabilities to advise on and align hiring strategies. - Proficiency in conducting candidate interviews and assessments. - Strong Communication skills for interaction with clients, teams, and candidates. - Ability to manage talent acquisition processes and maintain a talent pool. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred. - Experience in the technology or consulting industry is an advantage. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
