Job Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan We are looking for Assistant Manager – Client Relations (MBA Fresher to 2 years' experience) to manage our existing hotel clients, develop new business opportunities, and handle our service team. This role is ideal for a dynamic, well-presented professional who enjoys building client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management:- - Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients. - Ensure timely service support and client satisfaction through regular follow-ups. - Conduct client visits, collect feedback, and provide scenting recommendations. Business Development:- - Identify and reach out to potential hotels, resorts, and commercial clients. - Present Air Roma's fragrance solutions and close new business deals. - Achieve monthly business targets and generate new client leads. Team & Operations Handling:- - Coordinate with service associates to ensure prompt client servicing. - Plan service schedules and ensure smooth on-site operations. - Maintain reports of client visits, sales activity, and service performance.
