- Develop and nurture relationships with corporates and brokers. Lead negotiations for finalizing terms and pricing for RFPs.
- Achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and upselling to existing corporate clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and concerns.
- Prospect new clients, analyze their risk profiles, and create compelling insurance proposals tailored to their needs.

Qualifications

- Strong relationship building and client management skills, understanding of insurance products.
- Proven experience in meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and in team, and manage a portfolio of clients effectively.
- Analytical skills to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in using Microsoft office tools.
