Designation Administration Procurement Executive Location Kurla Mumbai Qualification Any Working days 5 Days Mon to Fri Working time 9 hours Experience 8 Years Salary Best in industry Note This role will be on payroll of Talisman HR Solutions Role Overview The Administration Procurement Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of the 6th floor office and supporting other floors as required The role involves handling all administrative tasks procurement activities and assisting the Senior Administration Manager in various operational functions Core Expertise Strong understanding of Housekeeping Services and Soft Services including pest control landscaping etc Comprehensive knowledge of Technical Services with emphasis on Planned Preventive Maintenance PPM for all critical assets and systems Key Responsibilities Administration Oversee daily administrative operations for the 6th floor office Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities and infrastructure Coordinate with internal teams for seating arrangements housekeeping maintenance and event management and all other administrative jobs which is required to manage office Support administrative activities for other floors as and when required Assist Senior Administration Manager in all administration-related tasks as per need Managing Printing and stationery process for PAN India offices Procurement Contract Management Manage procurement processes including vendor sourcing evaluation and onboarding Assist to Prepare and review contracts ensuring compliance with company policies Plan and prepare BOQs for Repair Maintenance R M activities Conduct vendor inspections and ensure quality standards Obtain necessary approvals for procurement and contract execution Issue Purchase Orders POs and monitor vendor performance Handle procurement of materials and services for R M and other requirements Drive Soft Services Independently Ensure high standards of cleanliness hygiene and upkeep across all facilities Manage vendor performance and compliance with service-level agreements SLAs Implement cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality Manage Technical Services PPM Oversee preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC electrical plumbing and other technical systems Monitor asset health and ensure timely interventions to avoid breakdowns Coordinate with technical teams and vendors for seamless execution of maintenance plans Repair Maintenance R M Plan and execute R M activities in coordination with vendors Ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks as per defined scope Required Competencies Ability to plan execute and monitor both soft and technical services without dependency Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for operational challenges Proficiency in vendor management budgeting and compliance Familiarity with facility management tools and reporting systems Outcome Expectation The candidate should ensure operational excellence cost optimization and customer satisfaction by independently managing all aspects of facility services Qualifications Graduate in any discipline 8-10 years of experience in administration and good knowledge of procurement Experience in facility management and vendor coordination
