- Urgent requirement for Executive - IT Procurement for a Leading IT Services Co, Mumbai
- **Role & Responsibilities.**
- Negotiate with Vendors for procurement of material and services with view of cost optimization.
- Create purchase related documents using ERP system
- Comply with QMS / EMS policies and audit requirement
- Liaising with client vendor management team
- Confirm to SEZ STPI process/import process and taxation norms for procurement
- Exposure to SI project bidding and logistic requirement
- Basic techno commercial understanding of hardware, software, Latest trend in cloud /security and communication system
- Good negotiation skills, TCO Trend analysis etc.
- Vendor management
- Good written and oral communication
- Knowledge of ISO and CMMI standard
- Proficient with MS office skill
- Consultative and service bend mind while dealing with key stake holders
- Multitasking and should able to meet dead lines and various time zones.
- Graduates / Post Graduates with relevant 3-6 years experience in IT Procurement.- Role:_Procurement / Purchase Manager
