A leading training institute in Kerala is expanding and opening a new branch in Nagercoil We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Sales Operations Head to drive our growth and establish a strong presence in the region About Company Future Skill Park is a skill training institute affiliated by Govt of India Youth Employability Program under the Ministry of MSME run by National Skill Development Corporation NSDC Key Skills Qualifications Strong leadership and communication skills Proven sales experience preferably in education or training sectors Strategic thinking and planning abilities Customer-oriented approach Analytical and problem-solving skills The key responsibilities of a Centre Manager are Operational Management Oversee daily operations of the educational centre Ensure smooth functioning of administrative and academic activities Handle logistics maintenance and facilities management Curriculum and Program Oversight Coordinate with academic staff to ensure quality delivery of courses Monitor curriculum implementation and adherence to educational standards Introduce new programs or courses based on market demand and institutional goals Staff Management Recruit train and supervise faculty and administrative staff Conduct performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities Foster a positive and productive work environment Student Services and Support Address student queries and concerns Implement student engagement and retention strategies Oversee student admissions attendance and evaluations Financial Management Prepare budgets and monitor expenses Drive revenue through marketing and enrollment strategies Ensure financial compliance and reporting Marketing and Outreach Promote the institute s programs through various channels Organize open days workshops and promotional events Build relationships with schools community organizations and industry partners Quality Assurance Monitor and evaluate academic and administrative processes Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements Implement continuous improvement initiatives Strategic Planning Develop and execute long-term plans for the growth of the institute Stay updated on educational trends and incorporate innovative practices Reporting and Documentation Maintain records of operations finances and student progress Prepare reports for senior management and regulatory bodies Compliance and Policies Ensure adherence to legal and institutional policies Manage safety protocols and emergency procedures Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 30 000 00 per month Application Question s what is your salary expectation Do you have notice period Experience Sales 1 year Preferred Location Nagercoil Tamil Nadu Required Work Location In person
