We are seeking a detail-oriented organized and creative Wedding Event Coordinator to join our team The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to plan and execute weddings from concept to completion ensuring every detail is perfect and every moment is magical Responsibilities Meet with clients to understand their vision budget and preferences Create detailed wedding plans timelines and layouts Coordinate with vendors caterers florists DJs etc Oversee event setup execution and breakdown Manage on-site logistics and troubleshoot issues on the wedding day Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the planning process Ensure events comply with safety legal and insurance regulations Deliver outstanding customer service that exceeds client expectations Requirements Proven experience as a wedding or event coordinator Exceptional organizational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems quickly Willingness to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed Benefits Competitive salary Flexible schedule if applicable Opportunity to work at beautiful venues with amazing clients Career development opportunities Job Type Full-time Pay 10 499 41 - 20 322 22 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Ability to commute relocate Madikeri Karnataka Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Language Local language Required Location Madikeri Karnataka Required Willingness to travel 25 Required Work Location In person
