As India s largest wedding planning startup Meragi delivers thousands of weddings annually in metro cities and picturesque destinations We are passionate about creating unforgettable celebrations allowing couples their big day and their journey without stress What sets Meragi apart is industry-first technology and process solutions that address the complexities of this industry Backed by top-tier investors we are at the forefront of transforming the wedding industry We re looking for a Event Coordinator to lead the execution of wedding and event projects You ll ensure smooth coordination between teams vendors and clients to deliver events on time within scope and budget If you re organized people-focused and thrive in dynamic environments we d love to have you on board Key Responsibilities Plan and execute end-to-end wedding and event projects with teams and vendors Manage budgets timelines and resources to ensure on-time delivery Build strong client relationships and provide regular updates Coordinate with vendors and oversee production setup decor AV lighting stage Supervise on-ground execution site inspections and troubleshoot issues Track progress mitigate risks and continuously improve processes Requirements Bachelor s degree Proven experience in event project production management Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities High attention to detail and ability to lead cross-functional teams At Meragi your creative and operational skills won t just stay on paper they ll turn into unforgettable experiences for our customers Join us in transforming the wedding industry and shaping how the world celebrates love Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 38 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Application Question s What is your expected CTC What is your current CTC Experience Events management 1 year Preferred Language Hindi Preferred Work Location In person
