Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager at SKYPLAY IPTV Services P Ltd located in Chennai, Tamilnadu. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations within a specified geographical region. Day-to-day tasks include onboarding channel partners, driving sales growth, managing relationships with key clients, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets that includes both revenue and subscription. The role also involves coordinating with the technical team, IT team, Finance Team, marketing team, preparing sales reports, and forecasting future sales trends.
Qualifications
- B2B business model & Channel partner management
- Understanding the packaging and pricing construct of Broadband Industry
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in client relationship management and business development
- Strong strategic planning and sales strategy development skills
- Ability to prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Experience in the IPTV/OTT or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Self motivated and self driven hard core Sales Specialist
- Technical Know-How of broadband industry is and added advantage
