
Hiring Sales Executive/ Manager For Petrochemical Products And Services Provider Across The Country

Job Summary The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth expand market share and build long-term relationships with clients across the country This role requires deep industry knowledge strong leadership and a results-driven mindset to promote our petrochemical products and services effectively Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in assigned regions Identify new business opportunities and key growth sectors within the petrochemical market Build and maintain strong relationships with clients distributors and key industry stakeholders Lead and mentor the sales team setting clear KPIs and performance metrics Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to refine sales strategies Collaborate with internal departments Marketing Operations R D to ensure customer needs are met Prepare regular sales forecasts reports and presentations for senior management Negotiate and close high-value contracts with key clients and partners Ensure compliance with all safety legal and ethical standards relevant to the petrochemical industry Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in Business Chemical Engineering Marketing or related field Master s preferred 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales preferably within the petrochemical or chemical industry Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong network within the petrochemical or industrial supply sectors Excellent negotiation communication and leadership skills Ability to travel domestically as required Call now 91-9510146364 Email
