WE ARE ALSO HIRING SALES HEAD DRIVER CUM SALES PROMOTERS PACKING STAFF The core duties focus on driving sales volume and market penetration for the dairy products 1 Sales and Target Achievement Meet or exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets for the full range of dairy products liquid milk curd paneer ghee etc Implement sales strategies to increase product penetration and visibility in retail outlets supermarkets institutions and other distribution channels Generate new business opportunities by identifying and onboarding new distributors wholesalers and key retail accounts 2 Distribution and Market Expansion Manage the distribution network within the assigned territory ensuring efficient supply chain and timely delivery of perishable dairy goods Conduct regular market visits to monitor product freshness shelf placement stock levels and competitor activities Identify new markets and channels e g HoReCa - Hotels Restaurants Cafes to expand the company s footprint 3 Customer and Distributor Management Develop and maintain strong positive relationships with existing customers distributors and retailers Handle customer inquiries feedback and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction Negotiate sales terms contracts and promotional agreements with key stakeholders 4 Merchandising and Promotion Ensure optimal product display and visibility merchandising at all points of sale following company guidelines Execute in-store promotions sampling activities and marketing campaigns to boost sales and brand recall Provide distributors and retailers with product knowledge and training 5 Reporting and Analysis Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of daily sales stock movement and customer interactions Collect and report on market intelligence including competitor pricing schemes new product launches and consumer trends Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager Monitor and ensure timely collection of payments from customers distributors as per the company s credit policy Qualifications and Skills Essential Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field Proven experience in sales preferably in the FMCG Fast-Moving Consumer Goods or Dairy industry Valid driver s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory Required Skills Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent organizational and time management abilities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Ability to commute relocate Angamali Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Experience Field sales 1 year Preferred Language Malayalam Preferred Willingness to travel 100 Preferred Work Location In person
