Job Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring technical professionals across a range of IT skill sets. Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various IT roles using job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.

Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define sourcing strategies.

Manage end-to-end recruitment process including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and handling offer negotiations.

Maintain and update candidate records in ATS tools and recruitment trackers.

Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Requirements:

13 years of experience in IT recruitment (in-house or agency).

Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies across domains.

Experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and Boolean search techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.

Immediate joiners preferred.
