Scimplify Overview Job Description: Business Development – Flavors & Fragrances(Essential Oils) As we work towards establishing our presence globally we are looking to hire a leader to build and expand the business and team there. Key Responsibilities - Drive sales and revenue growth in Essential Oil division for fragrances sector. - Identify and develop new business opportunities and key accounts. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Conduct market analysis to identify trends and customer needs. - Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. - Essential oil, F&F blend/base/formulations.
