Job Description About Venture Intelligence Launched in 2002, Venture Intelligence provides data, analysis and research on startups, venture capital firms and private equity firms in India. We offer a range of subscription products, which is used by leading venture capital firms, private equity firms, investment banks and other financial institutions to make informed investment decisions. Venture Intelligence data is also relied upon by the regulatory agencies, the media as well as the official Indian PE-VC industry association, IVCA. Position - Liaise with top private equity and venture capital funds, investment banks, law firms, and other stakeholders in the private company transactions ecosystem. - Conduct live and remote product demonstrations for prospective clients, trial users, and existing customers. - Market and promote subscription offerings to potential clients; follow up to convert trials into paying subscriptions. - Contribute ideas and insight toward new product development based on client feedback, market trends, and competitor activity. Desired Candidate Profile B.Com (Honors would be a plus) Minimum 1 year of work experience (ideally in sales / business development) Resident of Chennai Comfortable with spoken Hindi Skillsets Required : Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Solid Understanding of Accounting & Finance Concepts. Attention to detail and accuracy. Sound working knowledge of spreadsheets. Desire and flexibility to learn and grow in an ever-changing environment. Self-starter that is enthusiastic, able to prioritize, is resourceful and capable of taking initiative.
