We are looking for aSenior Manager - Business Developmentto drive B2B sales growth in theIndian market. This role involves leading high-value enterprise deals, managing a team of BDMs, and executing strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and executeB2B sales strategiesto drive revenue and market expansion.
- Own and lead the team in closing high-value deals.
- Build, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Managers.
- Optimize sales processes usingCRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention.
- Analyzemarket trends, pipeline health, and sales forecaststo refine strategies.
Who You Are
- 5-7 years of experiencein B2B sales, with3+ years in team leadership.
- Proven track record inenterprise sales, demand generation, and market expansion.
- Strong experience inEd-Tech, SaaS, or IT training industry(preferred).
- Proficient inCRM tools, sales analytics, and forecasting.
- Excellentnegotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
