Role Description The Vice President of Operations will oversee the operational and strategic functions of Unirail, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, overseeing P&L management, driving strategic initiatives, supervising project execution, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role will involve coordinating with teams to ensure efficient and safe operation of railway systems. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. Qualifications - Strong expertise in Operations Management, with a proven ability to lead large-scale operations. - Experience in P&L Management to drive financial performance and achieve organizational goals. - Proficient in Customer Service, capable of building and maintaining effective client relationships. - Strategic Planning skills with the ability to develop and execute long-term business strategies. - Proven experience in Project Management to oversee and deliver complex projects within scope and deadlines. - Exceptional leadership capabilities and a results-driven approach to problem-solving. - Experience in the railway or transportation industry is highly advantageous. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is required.
