About the Role We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager C I Solar to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition project development and relationship management in the Commercial Industrial C I solar sector Key Responsibilities Identify and target potential clients in the C I Commercial Industrial segment for rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects Generate leads through various channels corporate outreach networking cold calls and industry events Develop and deliver business proposals technical presentations and financial models to clients Manage end-to-end business development cycles from lead generation to project closure Collaborate with the engineering and project execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities competitor activities and policy changes Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers EPC partners and government bodies Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Engineering Energy Business Administration MBA preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in solar energy sales specifically in the C I segment Strong knowledge of solar policies MNRE guidelines DISCOM procedures and net metering regulations Proven track record of achieving business targets and closing high-value projects Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills Proficiency in MS Excel PowerPoint CRM tools and basic understanding of financial modeling IRR ROI Ability to work independently and travel extensively for client meetings and site visits Perks Benefits Attractive incentive structure based on sales performance Opportunity to work on large-scale industrial solar projects Growth-oriented work culture with learning opportunities Reimbursement for travel and client engagement expenses Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 90 000 00 per month Work Location In person
