Role: Relationship Manager

Languages : Kannada(must), English, Hindi(added advantage)

Location : Bangalore

Salary : As per industry standard + Performance Based Incentives

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Relationship Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who have a background in architecture or interior design, paired with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer relationship management.

As a Relationship Manager, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, understanding their design needs and ensuring smooth communication between clients and our design and execution teams. Your knowledge of space planning and design concepts will be an added advantage in guiding clients through their home transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the design and execution lifecycle.
- Understand and interpret client requirements, ensuring their vision aligns with the design team's execution.
- Collaborate with sales, design, and project management teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Use your knowledge of interior design and architectural principles to offer tailored solutions to clients.
- Manage client feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure a smooth experience.
- Track project progress and ensure timely communication with clients.
- Payment follow ups and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process
- Daily Tracker update and documentation management

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of customer service and relationship management.
- Ability to understand client needs and deliver solutions.
- Basic knowledge of Architectural concepts is a plus.
- Proven expertise in payment follow ups and revenue generation
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
