At SaaS Labs, partnerships are central to our growth story. As Partner Success Manager, you'll build and scale our partner ecosystem of product, integration, and channel to drive our next wave of revenue. You'll work with leading native tech partners like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, monday.com, and HighLevel, while also attracting new third-party product companies to build on our APIs and activating channel partners (VARs, MSPs, CSPs, agents, distributors) to drive new sales.
This is a high-impact, full-cycle partnerships role equal parts hunting and farming for someone who loves building relationships and turning them into measurable growth.
What You'll Do
- Grow revenue and adoption by enabling all types of partners - from tech alliances (ISVs, marketplaces, cloud hyperscalers, OEMs, consulting/SI firms) to channel partners (VARs, MSPs, distributors, CSPs, referral agents) - to sell, promote, and integrate SaaS Labs into their offerings.
- Build a steady pipeline of new tech and channel partners, while deepening relationships with existing ones to drive mutual GTM success.
- Boost adoption of SaaS Labs's native integrations and onboard third-party tech partners, enabling them to promote our joint solutions through referrals, co-marketing, and sales plays.
- Use the partner ecosystem to help save churn-risk accounts, collaborating with Customer Success Managers to deliver joint value.
- Work with partner marketing to build joint campaigns, partner enablement resources, and GTM strategies that accelerate adoption and pipeline.
- Take full accountability for all revenue streams tied to partnerships - from integration usage to channel-driven sales.
What We're Looking For
- 610 years in B2B SaaS partnerships or channel growth, with experience driving revenue through integrations, alliances, or reseller networks.
- Understanding of key partner types - Tech: ISVs, marketplaces, cloud hyperscalers, OEMs, strategic alliances, SIs/consulting firms; Channel: VARs, MSPs, distributors, CSPs, referral agents
- Proven ability to build and scale partnerships that deliver measurable revenue impact.
- Familiarity with SaaS ecosystems, API-based integrations, and app marketplaces.
- Experience using PRM and CRM tools (PartnerStack, Crossbeam, HubSpot, Jira) with strong reporting and performance tracking skills (preferred)
