Job Description The Leadership Success Partner is an entrepreneurial opportunity in Thane, India; it is not a hired job with a fixed salary. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Leadership Success Partner located in Thane. The Associate will sell and deliverLMI programs to clients and will manage program logistics and administration. They will also provide coaching and support to program participants throughout their development initiatives. This hybrid role provides some flexibility for remote work. Freshers or people with less than 15 years of experience will NOT be considered. This ad is not a salaried job ad. It is a commission based partnership announcement for a Senior Sales Associate Qualifications - Prior experience in Consultative sales - Experience high ticket sales - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills - A positive, solution-oriented attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed - Bachelor's degree and above - Entrepreneurial spirit - Possess a good network of decision-makers Relevant qualifications that would be beneficial include Experience delivering training and coaching in a corporate setting, and Certifications in leadership development or coaching and in Business Development. Partner Development We will develop the partner with the needed skills for the specialized LMI methodology so that you can facilitate and coach participants and deliver high-impact We will develop you with the skills needed for organizing and conducting Consultative sales as applied to LMI. You will also receive professional certification from LMI USA after successful completion of the requirements and certification courses We will stay engaged with you to mentor you toward your success
