About the Company:

M. P. Chitale & Co. is a 78-year-old CA firm with 15 partners, operating through 3 offices in Mumbai and 2 offices in Pune. The firm is a trusted name in quality assurance services for financial sector intermediaries such as broking firms, mutual funds, portfolio managers, alternate investment funds, and insurance companies.

We are seeking qualified Chartered Accountants to join our team as Audit Managers to lead statutory audits of large broking firms and listed entities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, lead, and execute statutory audits of large broking firms and listed companies.
- Manage and mentor an audit team of 45 members, ensuring quality and timelines.
- Interact with clients regularly for reviews, discussions on industry best practices, process improvements, and query resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations governing financial intermediaries.
- Prepare and review audit reports, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and actionable insights.
- Report directly to the Senior Audit Manager or Partner, depending on qualification and experience.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong exposure to statutory audits.
- In-depth knowledge of financial sector regulations (broking, mutual funds, insurance, etc.).
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Client handling skills with focus on relationship building and professionalism.
