Chartered Accountant/ Semi Qualified/ Graduate with experience in Statutory Audits/ Internal Audit and Taxation

Required 2 Chartered Accountant/ Semi qualified (who is no more pursuing CA) who has overall exposure of Statutory audits , Finalization of books, Tax Audit, compliances like filing of ITR etc.
Required 2 Semi qualified/ Commerce graduate - with a good experience in Internal audit .
Job responsibilities:
Chartered Accountant/ Semi qualified for statutory audit and compliances: Job location Mumbai- Borivali
a. Statutory audit for corporate entities
b. Preparation of financials as per Sch III of the companies act as per IGAPP and Ind AS.
c. Preparation of consolidated financials
d. Knowledge on Ind AS.
f. Tax Audit of Corporate and Non- Corporate entities.
f. Preparation of Computation and Filing of ITR
g. Knowledge on compliances like TDS return, SFT etc
h. Knowledge on Income tax to advice client on regular matters.
Semi- qualified/ Commerce Graduate/ CMA: Job Location Mumbai- Central side
a. Experience in internal audit, risk advisory, or process audit
b. Conduct internal audits across various functions and industries
c Draft and finalize audit reports with clear findings and recommendations.
d. Prepare and update RCM (Risk Control Matrices) and SOPs
e. Evaluate internal controls, identify control gaps, and suggest improvements
f. Liaise with clients and cross-functional teams for audit planning and execution
g. Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and internal standards
h. Follow up on action plans and monitor remediation status
i. good hands on advance excel and PPT.
