Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chartered Accountant located in Borivali. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, overseeing tax filings, conducting audits, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Daily tasks include preparing financial statements, budgeting, financial planning, and analyzing financial data to provide insights and guidance to management.
Qualifications
- Possess solid knowledge in financial reporting, accounting standards, and tax regulations
- Expertise in conducting audits and ensuring compliance with financial laws
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, and analyzing financial data
- Strong skills in preparing financial statements and maintaining financial records
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Chartered Accountant certification is required
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
