Join us and celebrate the beauty of human experience Create for happier healthier lives with love for nature Together with kindness and humility we deliver food innovations craft inspired fragrances and develop beauty and wellbeing solutions that make people look and feel good There s much to learn and many to learn from with more than 16 000 employees around the world to explore ideas and ambitions with Dive into varied flexible and stimulating environments Meet empowered professionals to partner with befriend and stretch your skills alongside Every day your energy your creativity and your determination will shape our future making a positive difference on billions of people Every essence of you enriches our world We are Givaudan Human by nature Site Controller- Your future position As the Site Controller Flavours you will provide appropriate financial support to the Head of Operations for the performance management budget management and internal controls Moreover you will assist the Regional Operations Controller to issue all needed reports and analysis for Regional and General Management Sounds interesting It could well be your perfect opportunity if like us you always aim to challenge yourself while being eager to learn every day in order to exceed customer needs and deliver value You are also skilled at fostering strong relationships In this exciting role you will Business Support You will support the site management in the development and analysis of business plans forecasts cost savings opportunities etc associated with the months-end financial close You will support the management in strategic decision making In special projects you will give additionally overall financial support The role involves overseeing several manufacturing facilities Pune Daman Roha and you will be supported by a local cost controller Planning and Forecasting You will perform ad-hoc and pro-active analysis of the monthly KPIs and provide the management with interpretive and predictive information for decision making This includes the provision of analyses and interpretation of financial information to various functional management and stakeholders including Division Controlling Operations Controlling and Commercial Controlling Moreover you will review the analysis of the sites cost and identify variances vs budget last year and outlook Here you pro-actively drive and recommend corrective actions Last you will participate in forecasting and mid-to long term planning for the factory Budget Cycle and Costing You will manage annual and periodic requirements of costing activities and analysis of COGS You will provide detailed product costing analysis and supports management in the evaluation of product costs Moreover you will manage and coordinate the annual budget process for the site Business Partnering and Leadership You will work closely with the site and area management and help them to improve key performance indicators You will contribute as an active member in site projects and initiatives that drive process cost improvements i e Supply Chain LEAN BIT To stay informed of site activities you will attend and actively participate in site operations meetings and provide finance support action where required You Are you naturally invested in business outcomes and can make strong decisions with confidence Can you also be customer focused and drive results for our key accounts too If so this is a unique opportunity to make a difference where your passion will match our business purpose Why not come join us - and impact your world Your professional profile includes Degree in Accounting Finance Economics or similar Controlling qualification Minimum 6 to 8 years experience in controlling in a manufacturing environment Working knowledge of costing processes and procedures Proven team leader skill is an advantage Excellent communication skills in English Dutch and French are an advantage Structured analytical thinking Strong financial background budgeting process reporting financial analysis controlling accounting Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to integrate in complex teams within a matrix organization SAP FI CO and advanced Excel Powerpoint skills LI-Y At Givaudan you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people s lives You work within an inspiring teamwork culture -
