The Home Interiors Site Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and managing the execution of interior design projects within residential spaces. This role involves overseeing the installation of fixtures, materials, furnishings, and other design elements, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and client expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **On-site Management**:

- Supervise and coordinate interior design installations, including furniture, fixtures, cabinetry, flooring, lighting, and decorative elements.
- Ensure that the project progresses according to the established interior design plans and specifications.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of workmanship and materials meets the design standards and client expectations.
- Address any issues or deviations from the design plans promptly and effectively.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Liaise with interior designers, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless communication and understanding of project requirements.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, potential delays, or modifications needed to meet design specifications.
- **Resource Management**:

- Manage and supervise the utilization of materials, equipment, and resources required for interior installations.
- Coordinate deliveries and installation schedules to ensure efficient workflow on-site.
- **Client Relations**:

- Interact with clients professionally, addressing their concerns, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction with the progress and quality of work.
- **Problem Solving and Adaptability**:

- Identify and resolve on-site issues or challenges that may arise during the interior installation process.
- Adapt to design changes or modifications as required, ensuring mínimal impact on project timelines and quality.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience (usually 2+ years) in interior design implementation, site supervision, or a related field.
- Knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and installation techniques.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple aspects of interior projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors.
- Attention to detail and a focus on maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
