**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise site workers, schedules, and overall performance
- Enforce health and safety protocols and conduct site inspections
- Manage construction materials and maintain site records
- Collaborate with managers to resolve issues and ensure project alignment

**Key Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience (interior supervision experience preferred
- **Freshers with a strong interest in interior design and site supervision are welcome to apply**:

- Strong construction knowledge and quality control skills
- Project management ability and willingness to travel (75% preferred)
- Diploma in a relevant field (preferred)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
