Job Description Management Trainee (Marketing Solar Sales)

Position: Management Trainee

Department: Marketing (Solar Sales)

Work Locations: Kalahandi, Bargarh, Sambalpur, Koraput & across Odisha

Eligibility: MBA (Marketing)

Experience: Freshers (Preferred)

CTC: 2.4 LPA

Training/Probation: 3 months

Bond: 2 years (Candidate must sign a 2-year service bond & submit a security cheque. If resigned before 2 years, 4 months salary will be chargeable)

Growth: Promotion and increment as per company policy

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies in the Solar Sales domain.

Conduct market research, identify potential clients, and generate leads.

Support sales teams in achieving monthly/quarterly targets.

Engage in field visits and customer interactions in assigned territories.

Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review.

Learn and adapt to the company's solar products, services, and sales processes.
